Community Days at Richard Bong State Recreation Area (RBSRA)!!!
Friday, September 25th and Saturday, October 10th
Join us for RBSRA Community Days on Friday, September 25th and/or Saturday, October 10th and grow our community family!
Through these Community Days at RBSRA we are working to build a close-knit community of perspective new volunteers, current volunteers, Friends Group members, Master Naturalist Alumni, and current Master Naturalist Trainees!

- These community days will feature a brush removal work project, community lunch, and an educational program!
- A basic main course of sandwiches, chips, and lemonade will be provided – however you are encouraged to bring an appetizer, drink, snack, or dessert to pass.
Friday, September 25
Location: Richard Bong State Recreation Area

- 9:30 am – 12 pm Invasive Brush Removal Work – Meet at the Visitor Center
- 12 pm – 1 pm Community Lunch & Network – Shelter 1
- 1 – 3 pm Community Hike – Meet at the Visitor Center
Saturday, October 10
Location: Richard Bong State Recreation Area

- 1 – 2:30 pm Wildlife in Need presents on Wisconsin Habitats – Visitor Center
