Spring Equinox Hike Friday March 20

On Friday, March 20th, from 9:30 – 11:30 am, join us as we celebrate this special day – the Spring Equinox – with a naturalist-led hike. Dress for the weather and enjoy a hike during this unique season!

Nature Journal & Sketch Saturday March 28

On Saturday, March 28th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, relax and enjoy this new program at RBSRA.  Take some time and grab a pencil to record your observations of our beautiful park in your own way – through pictures and/or words!

Astronomy at Bong Saturday March 28

 Also on Saturday, March 28th, from 8:00 – 10:00 pm, join our volunteer astronomer, Tom, for our first monthly stargazing program of 2026 at Bong.  Bring your own scopes or take a peek through Tom’s special scope.

Knee High Naturalist:  Cranes & Egrets Thursday April 9th

On Thursday, April 9th, from 10:00 – 11:30 am, bring your 3-5 year-olds (with an adult) and join us as we explore Cranes & Egrets through child-centered activities including a hike, crafts and stories.  Perfect for this special spring migration time.

Master Naturalist Training

Ecological Landscapes of Southeast Wisconsin:   New Format – Wisconsin Master Naturalist Training

Join us at RBSRA and Kettle Moraine State Forest – Southern Unit from 9/21 – 10/5 for this unique Master Naturalist Training opportunity.  Become inspired while you explore these two very different state areas that make up SE Wisconsin.
