The Planets at Dawn
Monday, August 11th
Most of the planets will be visible this morning with Jupiter & Venus very close to each other.
Stop by Lot F between 4:00 am and 6:00 am and visit with Tom, BNA’s volunteer astronomer, for a look through his telescope to see Mercury, Venus, Jupiter, Uranus, Neptune and Saturn. Bring your own telescope or binoculars as well for this great opportunity for planet and star gazing!
Note: The only missing planet is Mars which can be seen shortly after sunset.
Just a reminder that all events require a Wisconsin State Park entrance sticker or daily entrance fee.
