DESCRIPTION:DNR Free Fun Weekend!!! \nSaturday\, June 6th & Sunday\, June 7th \nEnjoy your DNR Free Fun Weekend at Richard Bong State Recreation Area (RBSRA)!  Explore and enjoy this wonderful park with state park admission fees\, fishing licenses and trail passes waived. \n  \n \nJune 6th:  Saturday’s Schedule: \n10:00 am – Noon:  Birdhouse Paining \nUnleash your creativity and paint your very own birdhouse! Meet at the picnic tables behind the Visitor Center! \n\n\n\nThere is a $15 material fee for each birdhouse painted. Cash or card will be accepted at the time of the program.\nBirdhouses and paint will be provided.\nAll ages are welcome!\n\n\n\n \n1:00 – 2:30 pm:  Animal Ambassador Encounter \nMeet in the Visitor Center Auditorium and learn about the unique reptiles and amphibians that call our Visitor Center home! \nGet a close look at what makes each animal special\, and watch one or more of our animal ambassadors eat! \n  \n  \n \nJune 7th:  Sunday’s Schedule: \n2:00 – 4:00 pm:  Free Fun Hike \nMeet at the Visitor Center parking lot and plan to hike 2-3 miles. Water bottles and bug spray are recommended. \nJust a reminder that you do not need a trail pass\, fishing license or a Wisconsin State Park entrance sticker or daily entrance sticker on June 6th & June 7th! \n  \n
